Once they’re in place, we’ll keep an eye on things and offer support. When their internship is complete, you can add them to your payroll – no extra fee.

What will it cost me?
Although apprenticeship costs are usually lower, our interns deliver faster ROI – in just 7 weeks. Their hourly rate covers everything from tools to NI and insurance, and by the end of the placement, you’ll have a qualified, loyal employee ready to go.
Is there a fee at the end?
No, there’s no recruitment fee when you move the intern to your payroll.
What training is available?

How is it different from an apprenticeship?
Unlike apprenticeships, where there is day release and extra training, our interns are 18+, already qualified and ready to work full-time from day one.
Is there opportunity to employ level 2 or level 3 students when they have finished college rather than via internships?
