Students that are Level 3 qualified and have a full or provisional driving licence can take advantage of our 6-12 month placements with top-tier body shops, building practical skills and opening doors to a permanent position. Students can pick up skills from the professionals while using the best equipment and techniques.
Interns will hone their skills in:
- Panel beating using specialist tools, such as the pin puller
- Applying filler, from heavy to light applications
- Preparing surfaces for detailed paintwork
- Stripping and fitting parts, including door handles, wing mirrors and weather strips
- Masking vehicles for paint application
