Autotech Academy Brings Skills and Racing Thrills to Motorvate at Automechanika 2025

Autotech Academy is set to bring high energy and hands-on engagement to Motorvate – the skills-focused showcase running alongside Automechanika 2025.

At the heart of the stand will be an interactive X-Box racing challenge, giving visitors the chance to win tickets to a British Touring Car Championship race. The excitement ramps up on day one, when NAPA Racing UK’s Dan Cammish will appear in person to set the official lap time.

The challenge for attendees? Get the highest score – and attempt to beat the NAPA Racing Champion’s time – to claim the top prize.

Alongside the fun, the stand will spotlight Autotech Academy’s successful internship initiative, launched in 2021 as a brand of Autotech Group, which helps newly qualified automotive students transition smoothly into the motor trade.

Interns receive paid placements, a uniform, and a professional toolbox – which is theirs to keep if they complete the internship programme and secure a permanent role. With flexible options tailored to the needs of employers, the initiative benefits businesses and young talent alike.

Since launching, Autotech Academy has placed over 400 interns, with more than 95% moving into full-time positions.
